The second half of May this year is packed with interesting conferences and we had quite the debate internally on where our teams should go. If you’re anything like us, you probably wish you could be in two places at once but this kind of ability we simply can’t pull off so for those of you still undecided we are sharing our own short list in the hopes you will get inspired:

May 22- 24th Nordic Game in Malmö, Sweden
Nordic Game conference this year has an impressive collection of speakers from the global industry in addition to the many local Nordics personalities. Our very own Julius Kuschke is holding a talk you don’t want to miss on “How Dialogue Systems make or break a game”.

If the talks didn’t already sell you on attending, you can look forward to a large number of networking events such as Meet To Match, Expo, the new Dinner Experience and renowned Nordic Party as well as 2 contests: Discovery Day now at it’s third edition and one of the conference’s highlights: the Nordic Game Awards whose nominees can be found on the official website.

May 27-28th Digital Dragons in Krakow, Poland
Tons of lectures within a diversified program and hundreds of games submitted for the Indie Showcase is what draws us to Digital Dragons this year. Topics range from art, production, marketing not to mention our personal favorites: design and narrative. If you’re going make sure to say hello to our colleagues Karsten and Raluca who are also attending or better yet drop us a line in advance at event@articy.com

May 28-29th German Dev Days in Frankfurt, Germany
For all of you German speakers, a trip to Frankfurt is well worthwhile if you wish to attend German Dev Days. More than 40 lectures, 7 panel discussions, 8 workshops and 60+ speakers as well as the evening event on May 28th offer game developers, industry experts, students and visitors a relaxed event framework to get to know each other, exchange experiences and gain hands-on experience. If you’re there say hi to our colleague Julius.

If you’ve decided to join any of the above mentioned conferences make sure to hit us up at event@articy.com and join us for Networking, Talks and Thought Provoking conversations.
